By accessing or using this website, booking a strategy session, or purchasing any of our coaching or mentorship services (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Services

Broker Cadence™ provides coaching, mentorship, and educational services designed to support professional and personal growth. While we share proven systems, frameworks, and strategies, results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own effort, discipline, and implementation.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for coaching or mentorship programs are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

All fees are non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and authorize the Company to charge your designated payment method.

Missed or canceled coaching sessions may not be rescheduled unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Term and Termination

Each coaching program or service will have a defined term, typically outlined at the time of purchase.
Either party may terminate the engagement if the other party breaches these Terms.
All outstanding balances and intellectual-property obligations remain in effect after termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, tools, systems, templates, and other content created or shared by Broker Cadence™ are and remain the exclusive property of Ryan Flint Team, LLC.

You may use such materials solely for your personal and professional development.

You may not share, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or personal business information shared during coaching sessions or through the platform.

We will not disclose your private business or financial details without your written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan Flint Team, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific program or service in question.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, power or internet outages, or government restrictions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryan Flint Team, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

10. Privacy and Communication

By using our Services, you agree to receive emails and communications related to your enrollment, updates, and promotional materials. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
