Broker Cadence provides coaching, mentorship, and educational services designed to support professional

and personal growth. While we share proven systems, frameworks, and strategies, results are not

guaranteed. Your success depends on your own effort, discipline, and implementation.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for coaching or mentorship programs are due in full at the time of purchase unless

otherwise stated in writing.

All fees are non-refundable.

By submitting payment, you agree to these terms and authorize the Company to charge your designated

payment method.

Missed or canceled coaching sessions may not be rescheduled unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Term and Termination

✓ All outstanding balances and intellectual-property obligations remain in effect after termination.

personal business information shared during coaching sessions or through the platform.

We will not disclose your private business or financial details without your written consent, except as

required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broker Cadence, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific program or

service in question.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable

control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, power or internet outages,

or government restrictions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Broker Cadence, LLC, its employees, contractors, and

affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our

Services.

without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in
