Why This Program?
For years, Ryan has given back to the Youth. He has spent countless time with Jr. High, High School, and Collegiate student athletes, sports teams, foundations, newly called and returned missionaries, and young entrepreneurs who want more out of life.
Inside Cadence NextGen, we’re going to help these youth and young adults write their stories, teach life and business skills, and help build confidence so that they can make an impact in this life. You don’t have to wait until you’re “all grown up” to make a difference and discover your superpower and purpose. Our goal is to simply help you find your rhythm (“cadence”) early. What I would do to have had the opportunity to learn from those that have been through it already. It would have saved years off of my life trying to figure it out. These youth and young adults will learn from me, my successful friends, local business owners and spiritual leaders that will give them a big jump start on life – and it will be all centered around the Savior and helping us all become more like him.

I'm a Dad to young adults, and this is the program I wish I had when I was their age. My greatest asset in this world is the people I've been able to surround myself with that have helped me become a better person, husband, father, business man, and disciple of Christ. We offer hands-on guidance, real-world experience, and a commitment to help these young adults become who God wants them to be.
At Cadence NextGen, we focus on helping these young adults build character, create vision, learn leadership, help them believe in themselves, just as much as learning business and systems. The future belongs to those who take ownership and lead with integrity.

what we do
Hang Out With Ryan & His Inner Circle
We get together in person 1x/month. Young adults get to learn from and hang out with Ryan and other wonderful entrepreneurs and thought leaders. This mentorship and insights from Ryan and his network of top-performing leaders, entrepreneurs, faith leaders, and industry titans - is free. It's Ryan's way of giving back to the young adults in the community.
Build Your Crew

Sharpen Your Skills
Learn what schools don’t teach.
